We are two people from Germany. We built the tool we wished we'd had when we were filling roles in HR teams ourselves.
Why we're building this
HR teams in Germany and the EU today face two clear poles: Personio on one side, which does everything - payroll, leave, onboarding, recruiting somewhere in between. JOIN on the other side, which handles job distribution well but isn't a full ATS. In the middle sits a small team of 5-30 people that fills maybe three roles a quarter - and for exactly this team there's hardly anything that fits. Too big for a spreadsheet, too small for an HR-suite subscription, too German for a Greenhouse. KI BMS is for that middle. KI makes pre-sorting possible without buying into a bias risk - every KI score comes with a readable reason, you can exclude fields, you can switch the KI off entirely. GDPR is built in: hosting in Frankfurt, DPA in one business day, retention per application, export with one click. No sales calls, no tiered pricing with asterisks, no lock-in.

KI BMS is built and run from Germany. We do not sell to enterprise on the side, we do not have a sales team to escape from, and we do not call anyone who did not ask first.
