GDPR isn't a checkbox - it's a posture. If you're moving off concludis because their AVV / DPA is opaque, KI BMS is what a clean alternative looks like: subprocessor list of two (Stripe + mail relay), self-serve export + delete from account settings, and a standard German GDPR DPA on request when your procurement team needs one.

At a glance

concludis is right for German mid-markets and larger employers who value multi-posting to many job boards, a mature careers page, and an established German vendor with a support tradition. Multi-posting is a genuine strength we don't have at that breadth. KI BMS is right for modern teams up to ~100 people who want KI pre-sort as a default, value public prices and monthly cancellation, and don't want a procurement marathon with quote-only pricing. Both are German-centric; they target different buyer generations.

GDPR posture

GDPR is a posture, not a checkbox

Three things matter under GDPR for a tool like this: (1) lawful basis for processing, (2) data subject rights (export, delete, port), and (3) the auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag / DPA chain. KI BMS treats them as engineering invariants, not legal optics. Lawful basis is the contract you sign with us. Subject rights are self-serve from your account settings - no support ticket required. The subprocessor list has two entries (Stripe + mail relay). A standard German GDPR DPA is available on request from /sales whenever your procurement team needs one - we don't charge for it and don't gate it behind a plan tier. Where concludis sits on each of these is the rest of this page.

KI BMS vs concludis: GDPR comparison

When to pick which

Pick KI BMS when

You're up to ~100 people and want to be productive in hours, not run through an onboarding phase first.
KI pre-sort with reasoning as a default is the deciding lever, not a gradually rolled-out KI feature.
Public prices and monthly cancellation matter to you - no quote-only annual contract.

Pick concludis when

Multi-posting to many German job boards from one tool is a concrete lever for your role volume.
You want an established German vendor with a long support tradition and reference list.
A guided onboarding rather than self-serve is more of a plus than an obstacle for your team.
