Co-Founder
Co-Founder + CEO. Design, development, product.

Julia is one of the Co-Founders of KI BMS. She owns design, development, product direction, and most of the support replies that arrive in the morning. Most of what visitors see in the app she drew first and built, refined by use, then watched argue with reality on a real account.
She works against three rules that don't change: every screen has to be readable on the first scroll; every dialog has to be skip-able; every confirmation has to be honest about what comes next. The product surface stays narrow on purpose, and that's mostly her doing.
Outside the founders' chair she's been building data + workflow tools long enough to know that the right path through a UI almost never matches the most thorough path - the one that lands a task in fewer steps wins, every time.
